Totally inspected and all photos taken by Blake Davis. This yacht is in good to average condition. Exterior is excellent -the boat has strong "curb appeal". She has many nice features for cruising and is a turn-key boat ready to go tomorrow complete with fresh bottom paint, updated cartridges for GPS. Recent Tender and outboard. Recent Inverter. Recent Glendenning Cablemaster w/50 amp shore power cable. Double bimini top is a nice touch to keep the sun out of the flybridge as much as possible. Flybridge, fordeck cushion, aft-deck cockpit coaming is all in good to excellent condition. All electronics work.
Owner reports that he hasn't washed the transom in months and there is absolutely no soot stains. No smoke due to magnetic "filters" inline to the Racors.

The vinyl wallpaper in the master stateroom is "bubbling". The Maple woodwork inside is quite nice. I inspected this boat after a torrential downpour (2") and there were no signs of water anywhere in the boat. So she's tight.

I noticed that there is very minimal corrosion on aft-starboard pilothouse window, and aft-salon window (inside)noticed because there are not blinds attached for this window. Engines and engine room certainly aren't detailed and the hotwater heater looks due for a change. Original refrigerator is still working which is a miracle. All in all a decent boat suitable for cruising, but could seriously use attention to engine room details.

Plus more, more, more.  Hard to find these for sale in Florida now!  I think this yacht would make a fine cruiser as she sits. One could certainly detail the engines if that sort of thing is important to you. It all works, much equipment and features new. Fresh bottom paint. Seller say's "sell my boat now".

May 08 updates; Compared to the 99 4788 that recently sold in Hilton Head for $214k (seller had paid $300k a year earlier) the owner of THIS boat should be happy if a similar offer was received.  The prices on boats are falling as fast as they are in housing. I recently 8/31/08 sold a excellent condition 99 4788 for $245k. THIS yacht is NOT as nice as that one!  I put the value of this boat at $190k -$214k (high price solely for her location IN Florida near shipping terminals to "overseas")"apples to apples".
