Yes, I know her asking price is out of line with the market prices in 2010, but when it was listed back in 2007 it wasn't. The market just "fell out" underneath it. MAKE AN OFFER is all I can recommend. This is a really nice yacht.
Exceptionally nice 1994 4788 . You DO get what you pay for when it comes to boats. THIS is the ONLY early model 4788 I recommend on the East Coast of the USA! Her owner has NOT "penny pinched" on her, nor does she have any undisclosed defects. This is a good one!
Please visit "baylinerpilothouse.com" for more boats for sale, and many pages of valuable information"
I sold her to her current owner 8 years ago out of Tennessee. Other than a short jaunt en-route to her home in the UPPER UPPER Chesapeake Bay, she's always been in freshwater since new and it shows.
2009 UPDATE- the yacht is now on the Delaware River in downtown Philadelphia in popular marina near many bars, restaurants, and sporting events. GREAT LOCATION with easy access to Airport. She has no corrosion on her Exterior window frames or aluminum. Much new equipment. FUEL EFFICIENT 310HP Hino' have 1473 hours. 12.5kw gen has 2000 hours.
This yacht is 100% turn-key ready to go= needing nothing. Everything works as it's supposed to. New Motor mounts 4/08. The reason these boats have been so popular is that they were so cost effective and inexpensive to own and operate. They are one of the most fuel efficient boats of her size ever made.
Engine cooling system has been completely gone through less than 100 hours ago by "Earl the Hino guy"-if you've been chasing boats with Hino's- you SHOULD know who this guy is!). 3 zone Marine ACs, Electric heads, 4 zone thermostat heaters. Special adaptors make winterizing a snap.
MANY detailed photos photos (all taken by Blake Davis the "pilothouseking") posted here tell the story. Without a doubt the nicest 1994 or even a 1995 4788 on the market by FAR!!! Licensed Captain owner will deliver her. Make an offer is all I can say.
