3 staterooms, 2 heads. The master stateroom is forward with centerline Double bed. Separate 3rd stateroom is located to port with upper & lower berths. Ample storage, hanging lockers and drawers are in this either guest or dressing room. VIP stateroom to port aft- w/double bed w/13" Sharp TV. New Sharp 18" Plasma TV in master stateroom.
Master Head has bathtub, VIP has separate shower stall. Both have Vacu-flush heads. 5 Marine Air Systems deliver ample cooling to this vessel. 2 14,000btu dedicated for flybridge w/7 outlets. All AC units are reported to be within 0ne year old.

COMMENTS: In all my years specializing in these marques, I've NEVER seen one so "pimped out"- SO WELL! One look and you can see over a HUNDRED Thousand in upgrades!! She shows excellent. Pride of ownership is very evident. The owner keeps her outside his condo and USES her regularly. Never smoked in. Cleaned weekly by his housekeeper, the boat smells and looks good! The only addidtion you would have to make is to purchase a high-low table for the salon as it never had one. HIGHLY recommended Yacht!! TWO THUMBS WAY UP.
