ALL ACTUAL PHOTOS OF THE BOAT. Looks good doesn't she? SOLD for $265k.
Isn't it interesting that the Pacific NW used to have the highest prices for pilothouse Yachts, but NOW I have here a 4788 that's the lowest priced 2001 in the United States, and unlike the others that have been heavily cruised in salt water, and intense sunlight of Florida and the Bahamas, this one is a FRESH WATER since new yacht that has been boat house kept since new, that's spent it's whole life in Portland Oregon. The "bubble" that hit the East Coast a year ago has now arrived in Pacific NW and SAVVVY owners are now selling. This particular yacht had an owner who was "upside down" and the boat was repossessed by the bank- then bought from the bank by a cash buyer/wholesaler who is now offering her for sale- passing along to you -the savings. The 01 models are very popular models because they have a "bright" interior, having white counter tops whereas most all other model years have dark countertops throughout. These countertops make for a "happy boat" experience.
She was sold NEW in Portland, owned by a Yacht Club member. She's lived in a boathouse since new. She's now asking $100k less than her previous owner was asking BEFORE it was repoed. Still in a boathouse on freshwater.
She's very well equipped and in very nice condition as freshwater shed kept boats are. Question: EVEN outside in Portland, how much sun do they get? Answer: NOT MUCH!!
She has all the RIGHT equipment- the BIG engines, the BIG gen, Inverter, Air conditioning, and the premium electronic package.

Please take a look at the extensive photos posted. THESE ARE ALL ACTUAL PHOTOS OF THE VESSEL! EASY to see. The airport in Portland is right downtown!! Beautiful place to keep a yacht, but easy to transport elsewhere either on her bottom or via truck. Another "Pilothouse King" special! Some of the 2001 4788's on the East Coast have "been there done that, been to the Bahamas, done the Great Circle, left at marina's by themselves unattended for months at a time. Basically they are USED UP but with owners asking the same money now that they paid for their boats 5 years/1000 hours ago! THIS IS THE 2001 you WANT TO OWN!! | |
