$100k price reduction 4.09! Such a beautiful Yacht. She's still sitting out of the water in a heated shed awaiting you.
What a spectacular find this piece of art is. I "discovered" this jewel while doing a deal on a 4788 up on the Erie Canal back in 2007. HIDING in a heated shed where she lives year round, and has for years. She's a gorgeous throwback to the era of true Yachting, when gentlemen wore blue Blazers and used formal flags to communicate. She's IMMACULATE which unfortunately the photos I took can't show as well as I would like due to the dark barn. I took as many photos as I could. Please note that the boat is in storage and as such drapes, etc.,are drycleaned and stored in plastic bags. The fellows doing the restoration of a gorgeous 28' Morse Lyman skiff in front of her are the guys that keep her brightwork up- and it's immaculate. I interrupted another 'old school' worker who was in process of updating her galley with stainless appliances (and they look proper-somehow)and was doing some electrical work in her who gave me a tour of her. The owner obviously has deep pockets and an apprectiation of art. She has a new holding tank too.
You must see her in person to appreciate. She's so nice I almost hate to see her going back in the water- you should buy her and put her in your backyard swimming pool and admire her from your den or sit in her IN the pool and admire your house. She's a sculpture- a work of art! I would venture to state that this is the most immaculate vintage yacht that I've ever run across. Of course- living in a heated shed, and no expense spared maintenance does the trick! She is ready to go cruising.
I don't have to tell you about Burger- I'm sure. Those who know- KNOW.
